Powell County Christians United Against Drugs (PCCUAD)
We are a group of ministers from various Churches in Powell County, Kentucky. Since we began in 1958, we have been united as a part of the body of Christ to stand as a unified voice on matters of concern to our community. The "Powell County Christians United Against Drugs" (PCCUAD) is a recent effort started by our Association in 2005.
Other initiatives of the Powell County Ministerial Association are: 1) Jail Ministry, 2) Courthouse Chaplains, 3) Emergency Assistance, and 4) providing a unified voice for Regulatory Comment and Assistance to our Legislature and Local Officials on matters of concern. We recently were instrumental in drafting and supporting the passage of an Anti-pornography Ordinance in the County. Ministers of over 30 Churches are members of the Powell County Ministerial Association. We appreciate your support and your prayers.
